These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, websites and services of Zelcar Games LLC ("Zelcar Games", "we", "us"), including Magic Fruit World, Secret Forest and XERA (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Younger players may use the Service only with parental consent and supervision. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the Service except as allowed by law.

3. Virtual items and currency

The Service may offer virtual currency (such as Zelcar Gems) and virtual items. These have no real-world value, are licensed (not sold) to you, are non-transferable, and — except where required by law — are non-refundable. Published drop probabilities of reward items are available in-game where applicable.

4. User conduct

• No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs or using unauthorized third-party software.
• No harassment, hate speech or inappropriate content — our worlds welcome families.
• No commercial use, account selling or unauthorized data collection.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. User content

If you create or share content through the Service (such as messages, images or creations), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as part of operating the Service. You must own the rights to what you share.

6. Intellectual property

All characters, art, music, code and other materials of the Service are the property of Zelcar Games LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Store badges and platform marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelcar Games LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes means acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of New Mexico, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
